Change History

The Change History report provides an audit history of process maps within the Process Library. The change history can be accessed via the search tab in the process library.

NOTE: By default, the Change History report is only used on the Live site.

Setting the criteria

By default, the report will show changes to all published maps that have occurred within the last week.

To view the changes to a specific map, select its name from the List of maps dropdown list.

Use the date ranges to specify a particular period.

Viewing the result

For each map selected from the list, it will display data from between the chosen dates.

For each approval, it will show when the map was approved, by whom it was approved and the type of approval, the author and proces owner of the map.

When the map has been fully approved, it will record the Change Date and Description (from the Node Properties), the Author and Process Owner, the version and a link to this version of the map. This allows you to view previous versions of the maps, showing their evolution.

Exporting to Excel

The change history can be exported to Microsoft Excel. This can be done by clicking the green 'Export to Excel' button.
